I am currently assisting startup founders in initial market research, creating pitch deck, accelerator applications, and a list of potential investors. I provide user experience feedback for their platforms, like beta versions of e-commerce, and platforms that focus on providing visual content.

I worked as an APM in the StepWise Team of Risk Management & Growth vertical. My primary role was to design and develop key automated web-applications for insurance underwriters in the US. A few applications that I worked on were Data Wizard, Object History Home, Shop, Large Group Sales, and Portfolio Optimization. These applications help the user reduce man-hours by 90% & downtime by 50%.

I also constituted a financial model to predict the cost and time savings to the clients by using the StepWise Suite. The model is used by Risk Management & Growth’s (RMG) senior leaders during the on-boarding of new clients.

Acted as the Engineering School Hiring Captain and spearheaded 5-Year recruitment strategy for Optum Advisory Services (OAS) India.

NURSD Health, early-stage SaaS start-up, is B2B AI platform providing Healthcare facilities with smart and intelligent workforce management system; worked as cross-functional intern shadowing the founder. I created strategy documents & pitch decks for funding sources, like accelerator programs, venture capitalists, & crowdfunding. I performed competitor benchmarking and helped UI/UX and development team in placing the best-fit features for staffing platform.
